Janet “Jan” Norsby, 85 of Rugby died with her family by her side on Thursday, September 25 at the Heart of America Living Center in Rugby.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 25th at First Lutheran Church in Rugby with lunch and fellowship to follow in the church basement. Burial will be later that afternoon in the Persilla Watts Cemetery.

The Anderson Funeral Home of Rugby is assisting the family of Jan Norsby with funeral services.
