– Tony Joseph Koble, Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense Monday, March 1. Judge Michael Hurly sentenced Koble to 30 days at the Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center, with 10 days served on electronic home monitoring at the defendant’s expense, to be completed by April 15. Hurly also ordered Koble to serve 360 days of probation and pay $1750 in total fees.
– Michelle Tennay Hale, Towner, pleaded guilty to an infraction charge of issuing a check or draft without sufficient funds on Feb. 23. Hurly ordered Hale to pay $153 in total fees and restitution.
– Madison Peterson, Mounds View, Minn., pleaded guilty to an infraction charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb 23. Hurly ordered Peterson to pay $250 in total fees.
