Rugby still holds down No. 1 spot in CC poll

Rugby’s boys cross country team has won four of the first five meets its entered and remains ranked No. 1 in the the Class B coaches poll.

New Town, the defending state champions, is second followed by Grafton, Valley City and Mandaree.

Rugby senior Dylan Yoder is also ranked in the top 10 individual poll. He is currently in the eight spot.

Rugby’s girls squad is currently unranked in the top five. The top spot belongs to New Town, the defending champion. Griggs Co. Central is second followed by Watford City, third; Parshall, fourth; and Killdeer, fifth. Rugby sophomore Sydney Kraft is rated fifth, however, in the top 10 individual poll.
