– The North Prairie Cougars remained 3-0 after a 38-6 victory on the road against the Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood Mavericks last week. Last night, the Cougars hosted a Cavalier team that was fresh off a 44-14 victory to the Dunseith Dragons.

– The Benson County Wildcats came close, falling by a score and conversion last week to Nelson County (50-42). The Wildcats traveled to St. John last night to face the Woodchucks. The Woodchucks are coming off their first loss of the season, falling 42-18 last week to the New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets.

– The North Star Bearcats fell 36-22 to North Border last week. The Bearcats hosted Nelson County last night.

– The Towner-Granville-Upham Titans improved to 2-1 following a 48-20 victory last week over Lewis & Clark-Berthold. The Titans hosted the Surrey Mustangs last night.
