At the approval of a Persilla Watts Cemetery board member, a group of people took planters from Persilla Watts and planted the flowers in the tires on Main Avenue of Rugby. They said the flowers were half dead, so it was okay!

As owner of Rugby Greenhouse, I was very disappointed, upset, disheartened and disgusted in the actions of a few people to beautify Rugby with flowers that were given in remembrance of our customer’s loved ones.

Many people we have talked to are in disbelief of this action.
