After I saw the aftermath of the recent vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 2 and 3, I again realized how fortunate we are in the community to have our emergency services and the many volunteers who take off time to serve this great community. As I saw the fire department, EMT’s and the law enforcement all work hand in hand to deal with a situation that had less than favorable conditions, I saw another assumed blessing. From saving lives to saving our country’s landscape from a grass fire, I guess our blessings come in both large and small amounts. Thank you to you all.
