By Staff | Mar 11, 2016

If you want to learn about selecting trees, growing a productive garden or the latest gardening trends, the North Dakota State University Extension Service’s Spring Fever Garden Forums can help.

NDSU Extension is offering the series of workshops for gardeners across the state Monday nights, April 4th,11th, 18th and 25th , from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. CDT.

Registration for the Spring Fever Garden Forums is now open and will be done online again this year. Participants can register online to attend at home or at their local county Extension office site. The website is www.ag.ndsu.edu/springfever/ . Pierce County is excited to once again be among one of over 40 host sites across North Dakota!

It is estimated that thousands of gardeners will participate in this mega-event! It is a great opportunity to learn about lawn, tree, and garden basics as well as the latest gardening trends.

New this year will be a hands-on activity each evening at local NDSU Extension office host sites.

All gardeners are welcome and everything is free. The Spring Fever Garden Forums will be held on Monday nights, April 4, 11, 18, and 25, at the Pierce County Courthouse Community Meeting Room from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. CDT. We encourage you to register for the program as this helps our county offices provide handouts and educational materials for you as well as have enough supplies on hand for the hands-on activities. For a full list of presentations and to register go to www.ag.ndsu.edu/springfever/.
