Rugby FFa Chapter hold contest, officer retrerat
Rugby held the District 3 tractor driving contest on Monday, July 18 at the Rugby Sales Barn. The two representatives from Rugby were Kent Schmaltz and Brandon Filler. Nine students from District 3 participated in the contest. They had to drive a tractor and trailer through a predetermined safety course demonstrating safe operating skills and the ability to back up the tractor. Both Kent and Brandon received silvers at this event. The tractor and trailer were donated by Gooseneck Implement of Rugby.
