Apr 25, 2026

Theresa Agnes Bundy, the daughter of Adam and Barbara (Vetter) Smith was born on July 13, 1929 in Harvey, North Dakota. She died peacefully at the age of 96 years on Monday, April 13, 2026 at the St. Aloisius Nursing Home in Harvey, North Dakota.

Theresa “Tracy” was born, raised and attended school in Harvey. After she completed her education, she worked for a local café as a waitress. While working there, she met Richard Bundy, who worked for Sweetheart at the time. On November 2, 1950, Tracy and Richard were united in marriage. Following their marriage, they started their family and moved to Minot for a short time before settling on the Bundy family farm near Fillmore. They began farming and raising their five children. Tracy was blessed to help on the farm and raise their children until they all began school. She then, started working for the Fillmore school as a cook. After the schools closing, she went to cook for the Hub Restaurant. Later, the couple moved to Rugby in the late 1980’s, where she resided until the last year of her life. She always had a good work ethic and it showed throughout her life as well as in her career at the Hub Restaurant, retiring when she was 80 years old.

Tracy loved bowling, gardening, playing cards, especially pinochle and time visiting. She loved her coffee company, always inviting people over for coffee and cookies. The love of her family was evident and making sure to have or attend family gatherings was a must. The biggest family get together was over the 4th of July, where they would spend the day watching the parade, playing games, bean bags being her favorite, visiting, enjoying food and ending with fireworks. Holidays were also a favorite for her to spend with family. She was a strong-willed lady, who lived a blessed 96 years and her legacy will live on through her family who will miss her.
