William “Bill” Parsons,

day, Dec 28, in Altru Hos-

pital in Grand Forks from

Covid.

Bill was born January

24, 1982 in Naples, Italy

to Donald and Patricia

Parsons while Donald was

serving with the U.S.

Navy. Bill became a

seasoned traveler accom-

panying his parents as

they traveled and lived

throughout Europe, the

United States and the Pa-

cific. Bill graduated from

Lakewood High School in

Washington, 2001 and

was most recently em-

ployed by the U.S. Postal

Service in Grand Forks.

He was loved and cher-

ished by many people in-

cluding: his parents,

Donald and Patricia Par-

sons of Rugby, ND; his si-

blings, Lindsey Parsons

Flores of Methuen, MA,

Meghan Parsons Ruescher

of Anchorage, AK, Erica

Parsons of Rugby, ND,

Donald Parsons of Red

Wing, MN, McKayla Par-

sons of Rugby, ND.; his

significant other Jamie

Norquay; and his chil-

dren: Tristan, Harley and

Elliyonna all of Grand

Forks, ND. Bill was also

loved by many friends

and extended family

throughout North Dakota,

Massachusetts and Texas.

He loved old muscle

cars, classic rock music,

scuba diving and snorkel-

ing, hiking, playing high

school football, Boston

sports teams (Patriots, Red

Sox and Bruins), playing

video games and spending

time with his family.

A memorial service will

be held in the spring.
