Lena Keller, 87, Harvey, ND died Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the St. Aloisius Nursing Home of Harvey.

Funeral services were held at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church of Harvey on Monday September 30, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation was on Sunday at the Hertz Funeral Home of Harvey from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Prayer services were on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. at the

Hertz Funeral Home of

Harvey.

Lena was born on October 25, 1931at Balta, ND. She was the daughter of Jack and Katherine (Fettig) Bohl. Lena grew up north of Balta. The family moved to the Fulda area where she attended rural school. Lena married Joe P. Keller on October 19, 1953 at Fulda, ND. They lived and farmed north of Selz. They moved into Harvey in 1992. Lena worked at the St. Aloisius Hospital from 1994 until 2016. Joe died on October 6, 2017. Lena was a member of the St. Cecilia Catholic Church and its altar society; VFW Auxiliary both of Harvey; Christian Mothers; Catholic Order of Foresters, both of Selz. Lena enjoyed sewing,

cooking, gardening, canning, and going to the grandkid’s activities.

Lena is survived by her son, Glen (Michele) Keller of Selz; three grandchildren, Tyler Keller, Tanner (Rachel) Keller, and Bethany Keller; 4 brothers, Louis Bohl of Minot, Philip Bohl of Minot, George Bohl of Minot, James Bohl of Upham; 4 sisters, Ann Lucy of Fargo, Barbara Vannett, Minot, Rose Rodriguez of Minot, Linda Volk of Karlsruhe.
