Elizabeth Rose Carlson, 88, Rugby died Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the Heart of America Medical Center in Rugby, ND. She was born on July 29, 1931 to Frank and Helen Voeller. On October 26, 1950, she married August Brossart. He died April 1996. She married Lynn Carlson on November 7, 1997. She is survived by her husband, Lynn; children, Lynda (Scott) Humble of Cavalier, Ronnie (Rita) Brossart of Leeds, Randy (Cindy) Brossart of Rugby, Deb (Allen) Hoffart of Rugby, Brian Brossart of Winona, MN and Brenda Brossart of Grand Forks. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20th at the Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19th at the Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby with a Rosary and vigil prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. There will be no reviewal at the church.
