LeRoy J. Heilman, 74, Wilton, ND died January 28, 2019 at his residence in Wilton. Memorial services were held at 2:00 PM Thursday January 31, 2019 at Goetz Funeral

Home, Washburn with Pastor Paul Schauer officiating. The family greeted family and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

LeRoy J. Heilman was born October 26, 1944 in Rugby, ND the son of Sebastian and Lena (Haberlack) Heilman. He was raised and educated in Balta, ND. He married

Judi Clark and they were married for 13 years. They lived in several communities until settling on a farm near Wilton in 1973. LeRoy was an iron worker for the Iron Workers Local 512 in Bismarck.

He worked until 1977 when he was injured during the construction of Coal Creek Station near Underwood, ND. He continued to live on the farm until 1996 when he

moved into Wilton.

He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, riding horse and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.

LeRoy will be greatly missed by his daughter, Tammy Bauman (Neil Ness) of Elk River, MN and his son, Jeff (Jennifer) Heilman of Wilton; his grandchildren, Cody Bau-

man (Ali Mathieu), Taylor (Joey) Caputo, Jade (Chase) Brannan and Jaxon Heilman; his brother, Ed Heilman of Balta, ND; his sisters, Mary Ann Ha-man of Carrington, ND and Irene Martin of Clarkston, WA and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Alvina and Regina and two brothers, Joe and his twin brother, Larry and a son-in-law, Ron Bauman.
