Daniel Martin Vetsch

Feb. 10, 1952 – Dec. 27, 2018

Daniel Martin Vetsch, the son of Martin and Regina (Kraft) Vetsch was born at the Good Samaritan Hospital Rugby, North Dakota on February 10, 1952. He died at the age of 66 years on Thursday, December 27, 2018 in the care of the Heart of America Hospice in Rugby, North Dakota.

Dan was raised in the home of his parents and received his education in the Rugby schools. During high school, Dan worked a variety of jobs, including being the Pro-

jectionist at the Lyric Theater for Otis Engen and working at the new Holiday Gas Station on Hwy 2, also taking various jobs over the years, such as painting and fixing

anything that needed fixed. Dan enjoyed hunting, fishing and going for drives. He also enjoyed music and had collected many old vinyl record albums throughout the

years. His smile was warming and contagious and had the heart to go along with it, Dan was a gentle loving soul and was so considerate and appreciative of everything. We will all miss him, he was so special.

Dan is survived by a brother, Rodney; sisters, Lori (K D.) Domina, Chapman, KS; Cheri (Thomas) Kleespie, Rugby, ND; nephews, Mitchell Domina, Lee’s Summit, MO

and Thomas (Kasandra) Kleespie III, Minot, ND; nieces, Brittney Kleespie, Minot, ND and Allyson Kleespie, Jamestown, ND; Step-father, Ralph Bertsch, Rugby, ND and

numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Those who greeted him in heaven were; brother, Robert (Bob); niece, Melissa (infant); his parents; grandparents, Alexander Sr. and Rosina (Ripplinger) Kraft, and Jacob and Magdalena (Golade) Vetsch.

Thank You to all for the warm thoughts, prayers, and condolences, they are truly appreciated beyond words. A very special Thank You to Robin Gar-nas, Jon Stork, Linda (Vetsch) Axtman, Mark Schaan, and the Rugby Heart of America Hospice and the Care Providers.

A Memorial service for friends and family will be held in the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel, Rugby, ND later in the spring of 2019 with burial in the Little Flower
