Jacquelin Ann Bartsch was born July 23, 1940, in Rugby, ND, the daughter of Albert and Barbara (Tuchscherer) Bartsch. She grew up and attended school in Rugby, attending Little Flower School and Rugby High School. On October 9, 1965, she married Richard Senger in Rugby. The couple made their home in Jamestown where their daughters Laura and Karen were born. In 1973, they moved to Bismarck where she has since resided. Jackie was a devoted stay-at-home mom until Dick passed away in 1980.

This led to her career with Dayton’s Department Store, where she made many wonderful friendships.

She enjoyed crossword puzzles and gardening, but Jackie’s greatest joys in life were her grandchildren and following all their activities.

Jackie is survived by her two daughters, Laura (Shawn) Franek, Harwood, ND, and Karen (Steve) Bush, West Fargo, ND; six grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, and Josh

Franek, Steve Jr., Matthew and Mark Bush; her nine siblings, Ken, Carol (Virgil) Haegle, Al (Diane), Duane (Cindy), Don (Linda), Deb (Arden) Miller, Barb (Steve) Fritel, Lynda (Pete) Maus, and Diane; sister-in-law, Becky Bartsch; and numerous nieces and nephews.
