Cole Elijah Hoffert, the son of Rhonda (Mears) Tuenge and Jim Hoffert was born March 21, 1992 at the Heart of America Medical Center in Rugby, North Dakota. He died at the scene of a single motor vehicle accident on Hwy. 17, west of Wolford, North Dakota at the age of 23 years on Sunday, May 24, 2015.
Cole was raised in Rugby and received his education in the Rugby Schools. Cole enjoyed riding his motorcycle and anything involving cars or pickups and his passion was auto body, painting and repair. Although he did not graduate, he excelled at anything and everything he did and put his mind to it. Cole was a master in making people laugh and lightening anyone’s moods. His personality was one in a million. Although we all knew by his goofy smirk he was up to something, whether it be for you or the person next to you, all knew something was coming their way. Even though Cole’s life was cut short, he experienced many accomplishments to be proud of. He truly loved his parents, brothers and sister, grandmother, nieces, nephews and had a large spot in his heart for his boss and co-workers at Hwy. 2 Collision Center. Cole will be dearly missed by all and deeply missed by many. We thank you Cole for allowing us to be part of your life.
