Lucy Hosford

Funeral services were held for Francis “Lucy” Hosford, 71, Albany, Ore., who died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014.

Lucy was born Dec. 3, 1942 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Rugby, a daughter of Gabriel & Mary (Bachmeier) Massine. She graduated from Rugby High School in 1961. On June 15, 1962 she married Ray Stanley in Oregon. She worked as a waitress, and at Hewlett-Packard for many years. On April 20, 1983 she married Harlow “Dutch” Hosford.

She is survived by her sons: Michael, Kevin and Scott Stanley, all of Oregon; daughter, Karmen Udey, Oregon; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sisters, Delores Behrens, Linden, Mich.; Bernadette Lane, Holly, Mich.; brother, Frank Massine, Cedar Hill, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; son, Robert Stanley.
