Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 10th, 2013 at the Assembly of God Church in Rolette for Mary Elizabeth Yoder, 84, Rolette, who died Thursday, December 5 at the Heart of America Medical Center in Rugby.
Burial will be in the spring at the Rolette Community Cemetery.
Mary was born on July 7, 1929 in Rolette, a daughter of Jerry M. & Lydia Ann (Slaubaugh) Yoder. She was raised in the home of her parents. When she completed her education, she did housework for people in the community. She later moved to Williston, where she lived for 26 years. While there she worked at the El Rancho Motel and cleaned for people. In 1993 she moved back to Rolette to live closer to her mother.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Williston, and the Assembly of God Church in Rolette.
She is survived by her brother, Paul Yoder, Cambridge, Minn.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Irene Sjong and Edna Graber, and her parents.
