Funeral services will be held today at 10:30 a.m. at Leeds Lutheran Church in Leeds for Myrna Robinson, 79, Leeds, who died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013 at home.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Myrna was born August 19, 1934 in Rugby, a daughter of Oscar & Bertha (Christianson) Crist. She was raised near Leeds, attended school near York and at Leeds High School. She worked at various cafes in Leeds prior to her marriage to Darcy Darrel Robinson on December 29, 1956. They lived with her father before moving to Cando. She worked at the Style Shop, Jorde’s Potatoes and the Bottle Shop in Cando. In 1981 the couple moved to their farm north of Leeds, and they retired in 1998.
She was a member of the Leeds Lutheran Church and its WELCA.
She is survived by her husband; sons, Darcy Wade, Devils Lake; Rick Lane, Leeds; daughter Wendy Lee Bahm, Carrington; seven grandchildren; a great-grandson; sister, Bonnie Gray, Leeds.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Holly Renee; brother, Arlan Crist.
Pastor Richard Budd will officiate. Music will be provided by Dan & MiChelle Nybo.
Casketbearers will be Joshua Bracken, Justin Bracken, Christopher Bahm, Kevin Kyle Bahm, Travis Stuberg and Jady Stuberg.
