Funeral services will be held at Weeks’ Dryer Mortuary in Tacoma, Wash., on Monday, March 26, 2012 for Mathilda (Tillie) Helen Tuchscherer, 73, who died Monday, March 12 at Banner Hospice House in Arizona.

Burial will be in Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, Wash.

She was born Mathilda Helen Schall on Oct.13, 1938 in Rugby. She married Pius Tuchscherer on Nov. 24, 1958, settling in Washington State in 1966. She worked as a hairdresser for 12 years until she retired.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, a son-in-law; two brothers; two sisters; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
