Memorial services were held Monday, May 23, 2011, at St. Paul's Cathedral, Yakima, Wash., for Marcella "Sally" A. Gagnier, 72, of Yakima, who died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2010, at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.

Sally was born Nov. 26, 1937, in Silva, a daughter of Pius and Elizabeth (Hoffert) Hager. She was raised and educated in North Dakota.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Tyrrell, Yakima; sons, Remy and Clifton, both Yakima; grandchildren and great-grandchildren."/>

Sally was born Nov. 26, 1937, in Silva, a daughter of Pius and Elizabeth (Hoffert) Hager. She was raised and educated in North Dakota.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Tyrrell, Yakima; sons, Remy and Clifton, both Yakima; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Laurie Lynn Hill; grandson, Jake Tyrrell; brothers, Jerome, Alquin, Virgil, and Dennis; and sister, Bernie Welker.
