Agnes Rohde

Agnes G. Rohde, 93, of Apple Valley, Minn., died Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Fairview Southdale Hospital, Edina, Minn., as a result of a heart attack.

Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Cresco, Iowa.

Agnes was born April 25, 1916, in rural Balta, a daughter of Carl and Annie Iverson. She lived in rural Balta her whole life until moving to Apple Valley, Minn. in 2004.

She is survived by four daughters, LaVonn Ryberg, Rochester, Minn., Violet Wells, Minneapolis, Eunice Rohde, Apple Valley, Minn., and Myrna English, El Monte, Calif.; one son, Vernon, Anchorage, Alaska; six grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Florence; ex-husband, H.M. Rohde; and son-in-law, Roy Ryberg.
