Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 17 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Rugby for Richard Oppen, 68, Rugby, who died Thursday, Aug. 13 at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minn.

Burial will be in the Berwick Community Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby and for one hour prior to the time of services at the church on Monday.

A time of prayer and sharing of memories will begin at 7 p.m. on Sunday in the funeral home.

Arrangements are being made by Anderson Funeral Home of Rugby.
