Sherry Adam

Funeral mass was held Monday, April 20 at Little Flower Catholic Church for Sherry Lynn Adam, 39, Orrin, who died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 14 in her home.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Orrin, later in the spring.

Sherry was born Oct. 19, 1969 in Rugby, the daughter of Leo and Arlene (Schneider) Adam. She was raised in the rural home of her parents near Rugby and graduated from Rugby High School in 1989. Shortly after graduation she moved to a farm near Orrin, where she lived until her death.

She is survived by her companion, Curt Heintz; her parents, of Balta; two sisters, Carrie Yoder, Rugby, and Terrie Heintz, Balta; a brother, Leo Jr., Rugby; several nieces and nephews; her grandmother, Regina Schneider, Rugby; Curt’s parents, Martin Sr. and Rose Heintz, Rugby; and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by two aunts; two uncles; and her grandparents, Nick and Anna Adam and Peter Schneider.

Father Tom Graner officiated. Angie Deplazes was organist and song leader.

Casketbearers were Cody Heintz, Taylor Yoder, Dylan Yoder, Allen Sundeen, Mitch Yoder, Brittany Heintz and Darin Korb. Honorary bearers were Nick, Colin and Trina Adam and Trevor Heintz.
