RHS students participate in NW Music Festival

Rugby High School music students took part in the Northwest International Festival of Music that was held on November 3rd and 4th at Minot State University. Students sent in recorded auditions at the end of September. There were almost 1000 auditions received for the festival groups. The festival included five groups, which were Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Cantabile Chorus, Nova Chorus, and Honor Chorus. Each one of these groups had around 100 to 120 hundred twenty students in them. The following students were chosen for the festival.

Maria Mack and Allyson Kleespie received four year awards. They were chosen for a Northwest Festival group all four years of high school.
