In N.D., the community college awards are co-sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and the N.D. University System College Technical Education Council. The academic team recognition program is active in 37 states.
Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa are considered some of the best caliber of young adults in the campus community, according to the news release. Students are nominated by their chapter adviser to All State, based on outstanding academic performance and service to the college and community.
“They represent our campus and distinguish themselves by their achievements in their two years at DCB. We know they will continue to strive for success in the future,” said Dr. Zahra Moss, DCB’s PTK chapter adviser.
Statewide, 15 students from the N.D. University System’s community colleges have been named to the 2025 All-North Dakota Academic Team.
