Roberta Ray Marchand pleaded guilty to a Class B reckless driving charge Aug. 4 before Pierce County District Court Judge Michael Hurly. Marchand received a suspended sentence of 10 days in the Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center, 360 days of probation and $500 in fines.

Leann Lynn Ostlie pleaded guilty to a Class A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance- methamphetamine charge Aug. 10. Ostlie was sentenced to 60 days at Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center, with 60 days suspended, credit for three days served and 360 days of probation. Ostlie was also ordered to pay $625 in fines. Ostlie also pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and sentenced to a suspended 60 day sentence with credit for three days served and 360 days of probation.

Shenoa Charity Decoteau pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors charge. Hurly ordered Decoteau to pay $750 in fines on a payment schedule, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation within 60 days and immediately enroll and complete any treatment recommendations from the evaluation.
