Travis Fritel of Fritel’s Custom Designs stands in front of the Heart of America Germans From Russia Heritage Center on the Prairie Village Museum grounds. Fritel designed and helped install the new sign in mid-July. His great-grandparents arrived in America from Russia in 1913.
