Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn, has awarded a scholarship to Rugby High 2020 graduate Morgan LaRoque, according to an announcement released last week.

LaRocque is the daughter of Frank and Stephanie LaRoque of Rugby. She received an Excellence Scholarship for Music, according to the college’s announcement.

“Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering more than 50 majors, including 18 honors majors as well as 12 preprofessional programs,” the announcement added.
