– Fernando Bernard St. Pierre, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to an infraction-level charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for marijuana use/storage. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees.
– Jeffrey Ronald Walters, of Bottineau, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $400 in fees.
– Mallory Ann Wilson, of Parshall, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors, and to an infraction-level charge of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; to not commit any alcohol/drug violations; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol nor enter establishments licensed to serve alcohol until probation is terminated; and pay $1,000 in fees. She was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with eight days suspended.
– Justin W. Aguilera, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended; and was placed on probation until June 5, 2021.
