Independence Day 2020 in Rugby will include two fun days.

On Thursday, July 2, there will be a Freedom Run 5K, sponsored by the Heart of America Medical Center’s Wellness Center and the Rugby Chamber of Commerce.

Registration will be at 6:30 p.m.

The Kids Dash (for children 12 and under) will start at 6:45 p.m., and the walk/run will start at 7 p.m., with downtown Rugby as the starting point.

Registration forms are available at HAMC’s Wellness Center and the Rugby Chamber of Commerce.

A parade will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 4. Lineup for the parade will be at noon in the Rugby High School parking lot.
