– Richard Gene Brakebill, of Rolla, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of in actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety program; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol nor enter a business licensed to serve alcohol until termination of probation; and pay $1,725 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Tanya Rose Decoteau, of Surrey, pleaded guilty to violation of an instruction permit. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees.

– Gary Roy Desjarlais, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving while license privilege is suspended or revoked. He was ordered to pay $400 in fees.

– Brandon Clifford Eppler, of Neche, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. He was ordered to pay $500 in fees.

– Kevin Gene Garnica, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to a C felony charge of possession of cocaine and to an infraction-level charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for marijuana use/storage. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; and pay $1,100 in fees on the felony charge and $250 in fees on the infraction. He was sentenced to two years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with two years suspended and 35 days’ credit for time served; and two years supervised probation.

The court dismissed a second C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance against Garnica.

– Garrett Lee Lavallie, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for marijuana use/storage. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees.

The court dismissed B misdemeanor charges against Lavallie of driving while license privilege is suspended and violations of restricted licenses.

– Kevin Roger Vetsch, of Wolford, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of person under 21 years of age prohibited from using alcoholic beverages or entering licensed premises. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; complete 30 hours of community service; and pay $275 in fees.

– Kimberly Ann Belgarde, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of domestic violence-bodily injury. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol/drugs without a physician’s permission nor enter a business licensed to serve alcohol until the evaluation/treatment is complete; and pay $250 in fees. She was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and two days’ credit for time served; and 360 days’ unsupervised probation.

– Grayson Lee Dye Jr., of Rugby, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 180 days’ confinement at HACTC with 180 days suspended and 21 days’ credit for time served.

– Robert Gage Russell, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of preventing arrest/discharge of other duties and to a B misdemeanor charge of person under 21 years of age prohibited from using alcoholic beverages or entering licensed premises. He was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service; and pay $275 in fees.
