– Layne Brittnay Silva, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to two charges of driving under revocation/suspension – a Class B misdemeanor. All fees were waived.

– Kasey Vivier, of Rolette, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of minor in possession or consumption, and to an infraction level charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for marijuana use/storage. She was ordered to pay $250 on the infraction charge. On the misdemeanor charge she was ordered to complete 30 hours of community service; complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; and pay $50 in fees.

– Michael Scott Peltier, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of delivery of alcohol to prohibited persons, and to B misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving while license privilege is suspended. On the A misdemeanor charge he was ordered to pay $1,525 in fees. He was sentenced to 60 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 60 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

On the B misdemeanor charges he was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; and pay $1,750 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with four days’ credit for time served. Peltier would serve the remaining six days in 48-hour increments.

– Stephanie Renae Prellwitz, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage. She was ordered to pay $400 in fees. She was sentenced to four days’ confinement at HACTC with four days suspended; and six months unsupervised probation.?
