– Jay David Anderson, of Leeds, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; complete 30 hours of community service; and pay $775 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
– Carlin Jule Rave Jr., of New Town, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of theft of property. He was ordered to pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
– Sandon Stanley Erickson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days’ credit for time served.
The court dismissed a second B misdemeanor charge of driving while license privilege is suspended and an A misdemeanor charge of disobedience of a judicial order against Erickson.
– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of violation of work permit restrictions against Kimberly Nicole James (Rugby).
EARLIER THIS MONTH
– Chad Herman Anderson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; complete 30 hours of community service; and pay $1,025 in fees. He was placed on probation until Dec. 31.
– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor driving under suspension/revocation charge against Code Lee Larocque (Rolette).
– The court dismissed a C felony charge of a felon in possession of a firearm and an A misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed firearm/weapon against Corey Terrill Johnson (Nashwauk, Minn.)
– Ethan Lee Baker, of Williston, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; and pay $975 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with five days suspended and five days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge against Baker of under 21 years of age prohibited from using alcoholic beverages or entering licensed premises.
– Colby Lane Henry, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and and recommended treatment; and pay $250 in fees. He was placed on probation until July 6.
– Brett P. Johnson, of Cape May Court House, N.J., pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
