– Lynelle Lynn Charbonneau, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $325 in fees. She was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 90 days suspended and four days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
The court dismissed a B felony-level theft charge against Charbonneau.
– Jessica Fae Crissler, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $325 in fees. She was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at HACTC with 90 days suspended and 11 days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
The court dismissed an infraction-level unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for marijuana use/storage against Crissler.
– The court dismissed a moving violation-level speeding charge against Arcilla Dee Davis (Dickinson).
– Shyleah Lynn Burrington, of Anamoose pleaded guilty to an infraction-level nlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for marijuana use/storage charge. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees.
The court dismissed a B misdemeanor-level failure to transfer title charge against Burrington.
