District Court
– Michael Jacob Scovronski, of Winneconne, Wis., pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees.
– The court dismissed a driving without liability insurance charge against Trent Michael Landa (Monticello, Minn.).
– Lindsey Joann Blue, of Rolla, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance-meth. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to weekly and random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $660 in fees. She was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 90 days suspended and 23 days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
The court dismissed a C felony charge of possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia against Blue.
– Andrew Paul Taylor, of Newport, N.C., pleaded guilty to a C felony charge of possession of stolen property, and to B misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and reckless driving.
On the felony charge he was sentenced to two years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with 29 days credit for time served.
On the misdemeanor charges he was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $500 in fees. He was sentenced to 29 days’ confinement at HACTC with 29 days credit for time served.
Other B misdemeanor charges of driving under suspension/revocation and refusal to submit to a chemical test were dismissed by the court.
