The Austin-Healey Club of America made a stop at the Geographical Center of North America Monument in Rugby last week as they cruised the Upper Midwest following the Black Hills Conclave in Deadwood, SD.

In a message forwarded to the Tribune from the Rugby Chamber of Commerce, Dick Lunney of the Austin-Healey Club said the group was on “an extended tour across the northern states of the country.”

Lunney said participants in the event came from California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas, driving seven Austin-Healeys and two other car models. Lunney added British company Austin-Healey produced the cars between 1952-1967.
