– Johnathan E. Mueller, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of license to hunt, trap or fish required of residents. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees, and was placed on unsupervised probation until Feb. 23, 2020.

– Derrick David Fournier, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete recommended treatment and pay $250 in fees. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of theft of services against Travis J. Hanretty (Minot).

– Ty Charles Persson, of Menoken, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees and a $250 fine.

– Joshua Jamie James Sailor Jr., of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and pay $250 in fees. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Anna Marie Scott, of Fort Totten, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $625 in fees. She was sentenced to 180 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 180 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of driving under revocation/suspension against Domineck Travis Shaffner (Willow City).

– Mercedez Rose Strongland, of New Town, pleaded guilty to an infraction level charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees.

– Michael O. Vizzier, of Minot, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with nine days’ credit and one day’s credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

The court dismissed a second B misdemeanor charge against Vizzier of minor in possession/consumption.
