– Brady Mark Kallenbach, of Maddock, pleaded guilty to an infraction level charge of littering/deposit of refuse. He was ordered to pay $100.

Kallenbach also pleaded guilty to minor in consumption or possession a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees and attend a minor in possession seminar. He was placed on unsupervised probation.

– Scott David Bailey, of Towner, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was ordered to pay $750 in fees.

– Frank Wayne Chase, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of driving while license privilege is suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was placed on unsupervised probation.

– Josue Fernando Guizar, of Minot, pleaded guilty to infraction level charges of possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $250.

– Luis Favian Guizar-Huitron, of Minot, pleaded guilty to infraction level charges of possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $250.

– Zachary Kevin Hill, of Maddock, pleaded guilty to minor in possession or consumption. He was ordered to attend a minor in possession seminar and pay $250 in fees. He was placed on unsupervised probation.

– Travis James Hanretty, of Fargo, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 50 hours of community service; to not use alcohol to excess during probation; to not purchase, possess or consume controlled substances without a physician’s consent; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $500 in fees. He was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 360 days suspended, and 18 months unsupervised probation.
