– Heather Mattie Liggett, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to C felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $1,100 in fees. She was sentenced to 366 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 366 days suspended and 22 days’ credit for time served; and 360 days supervised probation.
The court dismissed a C felony charge of possession of a controlled substance analog (2nd offense) and an A misdemeanor charge of failure to appear as a witness or to produce information against Liggett.
– Dawn Renae Black, of Saint Michael, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (use: marijuana). She was ordered to pay $250 in fees, and was placed on unsupervised probation until Jan. 18, 2020.
– The court dismissed B misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana against Jillian Lee Black (Saint Michael).
-Briana Dayle Page, of Fargo, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor theft of property. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees. She was sentenced to five days’ confinement at HACTC with five days suspended and two days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.
– Lisa Grace Robertson, of Fort Totten, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (use: marijuana). She was ordered to pay $250 in fees, and was placed on unsupervised probation until Jan. 18, 2020.
– Jessica Lynn Johnson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving while license privilege is suspended. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees, with the stipulation she could work off $225 through community service.
