– The court dismissed a moving violation level charge of driving without liability insurance against Linda Marie Glessing (Minot).

– Jacqueline Rae Aiken, of Fargo, pleaded guilty to A felony delivery/possession with intent to deliver controlled substances in a correctional facility. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $1,600 in fees. She was sentenced to six years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation-first serve three years-with 74 days’ credit for time served, and three years supervised probation.

– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of driving while license privilege is suspended against Kayla Lee Larocque (of Dunseith).

– Kimberly Nicole James, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor reckless driving. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation; complete 50 hours of community service; to not purchase, possess or consume alcohol; to participate in the 24/7 Sobriety program; and pay $1,025 in fees. She was sentenced to 20 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 20 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
