– Krystal Faye Azure, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service; complete a chemical dependency evaluation and complete any recommended treatment. She was sentenced to 180 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 180 days suspended and eight days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Hannah Mae Houle, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of minor in possession/consumption and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (for marijuana use). She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service; and pay $275 in fees. She was put on 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Rosezina Blue Jay Lafromboise, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and to B misdemeanor driving under revocation/suspension. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 50 hours of community service; and pay $350 in fees. She was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at HACTC with 360 days suspended and eight days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Kaela Noel Davis, of Camptonville, Calif., pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (meth) and B misdemeanor charges of driving while license privilege is suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). She was ordered to pay $325 in fees with the condition she could work it off while incarcerated. She was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at HACTC (first serve 90 days) with five days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Robert William Hardie, of Windsor, Calif., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; pay $325 in fees; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and forfeit $4,908 in cash to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office. He was sentenced to 360 days confinement at HACTC (first serve 90 days) with five days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
