– Nathan Lee Oglesby, of Fort Worth, Texas, pleaded guilty to A and B misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center, with one day’s credit for time served.

– The court dismissed an A misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia against Charles Francis Stoney (Fargo).

– Patricia Glen Strom, of Minot, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving under revocation/suspension. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees; and spend the remaining three days of her four-day sentence on home confinement. She received one day’s credit for time served.

– Cody Anthony Cromwell, of Esmond, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor simple assault-domestic violence. He was ordered to complete anger management; to not purchase, possess or consume alcohol nor enter an establishment licensed to serve alcohol until probation is terminated; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $650 in fees. He was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at HACTC with 90 days suspended and 52 days’ credit for time served; and 18 months unsupervised probation.

– Aaliyah Cante Howlingwolf, of Garrison, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors and possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service in lieu of jail time; and pay $1,000 in fees.

– Arnold George Lang, of Towner, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors and B misdemeanor driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to complete recommended treatment; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program; and pay $2,325 in fees. He was sentenced to 120 days’ confinement at HACTC with 22 days’ credit for time served; and 18 months supervised probation.

– Dillon Slaubaugh, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor under 21 years of age prohibited from using alcoholic beverages or entering licensed premises. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days’ suspended and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– The court dismissed an A misdemeanor charge of false reports to law enforcement/security officials against Nisha Allyn Chase (Belcourt).

– David Mark Lyon, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was ordered to pay $750 in fees; and complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment.

– Louis Felix Sasse, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and A misdemeanor preventing arrest or discharge of other duties. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety program; and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced at 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and six days’ credit for time served; and 18 months unsupervised probation.

– Tobias Lee Twocrow, of Parshall, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was ordered to pay $750 in fees; complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; notify the court of address change; and be subject to random alcohol testing by law enforcement. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of refusing to submit to an onsite screening or chemical test against Twocrow.
