– Seth Christian Jaeger, of Esmond, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $750. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.
The court dismissed a second B misdemeanor charge of minor in possession or consumption against Jaeger.
– Jody Lee Laducer, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of issuing a no account check, and to an infraction level charge of issuing a check/draft without sufficient funds or credit. She was ordered to pay $657.23 in fees; and complete 40 hours of community service. She was sentenced to 60 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 60 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
