– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of driving while license privilege is suspended against Wade Anthony Renault (Dunseith).

– Tyler James Scott, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $500 in fees.

FROM LAST WEEK

– Jeffery Gerald Wollschlaeger, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to DUI of alcohol with AC of .08 percent or greater-a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; to not use alcohol to excess; and pay $750 in fees. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Jerome Jeffrey Lien, of Harvey, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service; and pay $525 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center (first serve four days), and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Bryce James Parisien, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. He was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service, and pay $275 in fees.

– The court dismissed a driving without liability insurance charge against Chantelle Eileen Peltier (Dunseith).

– Michael James Schneider, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of theft of property. He was ordered to complete 30 hours of community service, and pay $350 in fees. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Joseph Jay Tuchscherer, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $775 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and was placed on unsupervised probation until Feb. 16, 2020.

– Loren Cole Aiken, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-meth. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at HACTC with 360 days suspended and nine days’ credit for time served; and 18 months unsupervised probation.

– James Allan Axtman, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of refusing to halt and driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service-10 hours in lieu of jail time; not use alcohol to excess during probation; and pay $1,025 in fees. He was sentenced to one day’s confinement at HACTC with one day’s credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Duane Roy Blake, of Minot, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of driving under suspension (4th or subsequent offense in five years). He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $350 in fees. He was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at HACTC with 360 days suspended and seven days’ credit for time served; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Samuel Richard Griffin, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of criminal conspiracy to commit theft of property. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service; pay $350 in fees; pay $630 in joint restitution with two co-defendants; and to not enter the Rugby Armory during football season. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Brent William Jones, of Grand Forks, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of false reports to law enforcement or other security officials. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; have no contact with the victim and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 60 days’ confinement at HACTC with 60 days suspended and 32 days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– The court dismissed a C felony charge of felonious restraint against Jones.

– Shaydon Joshua Longcrow, of New Town, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of false information to law enforcement and harboring a runaway minor, and to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim, and pay $325 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and 20 days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Jordan Lee Nehring, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy to commit theft of property. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service; pay $350 in fees; and pay $630 in joint restitution with two co-defendants. He was placed on 360 days’ unsupervised probation.

– Domingo Bobby Ramos, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor simple assault-domestic violence. He was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service; have no contact with the victim; and pay $275 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Tylor Alan Sackett, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charges of being afield with a firearm or bow and arrow while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 25 hours of community service; not drink to excess during dropation; and pay $500 in fines, a $25 community service fee and $250 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
