The 2019 Hunter Education class ended Tuesday. Thirty-six students took the class and all passed. Joe Tuchscherer, Corey Geiszler and Greg Odden taught the class.

The kids all got a $10 gift certificate from Hardware Hank for passing. Barton Sportsman Club gave away two .22-caliber bolt action rifles and two $50 bills.

Seth Kuhnhenn and Lacie Deplazes were the winners of the .22s. Brooklyn Hager and Luke Arnston won the $50.

Instructors were assisted by Kent Christenson and Dale Broe. Caye Bednarz and Deb Zwingel also helped.
