– Destiny Rhea Rodriguez, of Moorhead, Minn., pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of false reports to law enforcement or other security officials and failure to appear as a witness or produce information. She was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service and pay $450 in fees. She was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 360 days suspended and 14 days’ credit for time served, and 18 months unsupervised probation.

– Eugene Don Peterson, of Casselton, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; to not purchase, possess or consume alcohol nor enter a business licensed to serve alcohol until probation is terminated; and pay $1,000 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended and nine days’ credit for time served, and 18 months unsupervised probation.

– Brandon Lee Decoteau, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to C felony conspiracy to commit theft. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; pay $2,266.31 in fees and jointly pay $1,741.31 in restitution. He was sentenced to 366 days’ confinement at the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation with 327 days suspended and 39 days’ credit for time served, and two years supervised probation.

– Betty Jo Enno, of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to C felony conspiracy to commit theft. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $525 in fees and jointly pay $1,741.31 in restitution with Decoteau. She was sentenced to 366 days’ confinement with the DOCR with 327 days suspended and 39 days credit for time served, and two years supervised probation.

– The court dismissed a C felony charge against Gary Darwood Everett, Jr. (Rugby) of criminal trespass of a dwelling.

– Charles Tessier Gayle, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees.

– Kendra Lorraine Hoeger, of Granville, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance-meth. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $325 in fees. She was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at HACTC with 90 days suspended and 12 days’ credit for time served, and 18 months unsupervised probation.

– The court dismissed an A misdemeanor charge against Robert Gage Russell (Rugby) of preventing arrest or discharge of other duties.

– Zane Grey Wilkie, of New Town, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor charges of fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, possession of a controlled substance-meth and possession of drug paraphernalia; and to B misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; complete 25 hours of community service; and pay $350 in fees. He was sentenced to 90 days’ confinement at HACTC with 90 days suspended and 19 days’ credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
