– Todd Gilbert Ness, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of driving/in actual physical control of a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct. He was ordered to participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program; complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and notify the Clerk of Court if and when he will serve nine remaining days or do 90 hours of community service in lieu of jail time. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees and a $1,500 fine. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center-first serve 10 days-with one day’s credit for time served, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
– Michael Thomas Palmer, of Lawton, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and B misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving/operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; to not use alcohol to excess during probation; to be subject to random drug/alcohol testing by law enforcement; and pay $525 in fees on the DUI charge, $325 on the A misdemeanor charge, and $250 on the controlled substance charge. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.
