– Kim Eugene Yoder, of Wolford, previously pleaded guilty to four counts of C felony sexual assault (victim 15-18, defendant is 22 or older). On Monday he was ordered to pay $525 in fees and to report to the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center on or before March 1 for transport.

He was sentenced to five years’ confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitationfirst serve 2 years-with eight days’ credit for time served; and five years supervised probation.

– Jerome G. Depies, of Springbrook, Wis., pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor drove or in actual physical control of motor vehicle. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 20 hours of community service; and pay $1,025 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC with 30 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Steven Edward Leonard, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor or drugs. He was ordered to participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program; complete recommended treatment; be subject to random alcohol testing by law enforcement; not purchase, possess or consume alcohol nor enter any bars; and pay $1,750 in fees. He was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC-first serve 10 days-with one day’s credit for time served, and two years unsupervised probation.

– Robert Gage Russell, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of refusing to halt and disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees. He was placed on six months unsupervised probation.
