– Cory Allen Everson, of WIlliston, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor failure to maintain tagging requirements. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees.

– Delia Marie Ramirez, of Grand Forks, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and B misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 60 hours of community service; and pay $750 in fees. She was sentenced to 360 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 360 days suspended and two days’ credit for time served; and 18 months unsupervised probation (six on the B misdemeanor charge).

– Charles Lee Woody, Jr., of Minot, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia for marijuana use and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment. He was placed on 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Sean James Fleming, of Minot, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; and pay $250 in fees.

– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge against Eric Lee Knutson (Minot) of driving under revocation/suspension.
